Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Sanitize surfaces, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Manage housekeeping duties such as changing linens and laundering items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in residential or commercial spaces, adhering to specific cleaning protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Execute floor care tasks including polishing and buffing as required.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial services or housekeeping management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in residential cleaning or hotel environments is a plus.
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
