Key Responsibilities:

-Sales Focused:

• Proactively make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to quote and bind auto, home, and life insurance.
• Meet with new business prospects and deliver compelling presentations.
• Assist with quoting personal lines insurance and follow up with customers to complete the sales process.
• Build relationships with referral partners such as mortgage lenders and real estate agents.
• Maintain product knowledge and create brokerage quotes and applications.
• Visit properties for field underwriting and take photos.
• Cross-sell to current customers.

-Service Oriented:

• Assist with incoming phone calls and help resolve billing issues and policy transactions.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences.

-Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must obtain property & casualty & life insurance licenses within 30 days of job offer
• Candidate does not officially start until licensed.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
