Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On-site)

Pay: Starting at $17/hour with a 90-day review period

Overtime: Not expected

Reports to: Warehouse Lead

We're hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support day-to-day warehouse operations in North Las Vegas. You'll be hands-on with unloading and loading shipping containers, moving product into storage, and pulling and prepping orders that ship to our retail partners. This role requires proven experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. If you're qualified, we'll complete forklift certification on-site.

What to expect (workload)Most days include a mix of container work, put-away, and fulfillment. Volume varies by season, with busier periods where the pace picks up and priorities shift quickly.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: Inspect incoming shipments, verify contents, and move product into storage locations
• Order Fulfillment: Pick items, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Inventory Management: Stock, organize, cycle count, and help maintain accurate inventory
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Shipping Support: Assist with packing, labeling, and shipment prep as needed
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy, hazard-free work environment and follow all safety protocols
• Reporting: Complete daily logs, report discrepancies, and document inventory movements as required

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs when needed (not frequent)
• Most items handled daily are typically in the 15–50 lb range
• Able to perform frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of cartons throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance (on time, dependable)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and following safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory and shipping tasks

Preferred Qualifications (strong plus)

• Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping portals
• Experience with handheld scanner / RF scanner inventory systems
• Experience with a WMS such as Sphere WMS
• Prior warehouse experience in receiving, picking/packing, shipping, and cycle counts
