Guest Host

Job Summary:

As a Guest Host at Chick-fil-A, you will be the first impression of our hospitality and service. Your role is to create a welcoming and clean environment for our guests, ensuring every dining room experience reflects the care and excellence Chick-fil-A South Walton is known for.

Hours:

3:00 PM - 9:30 PM Monday - Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they enter and thank them as they leave
• Assist guests with seating, tray carry-outs, high chairs, and other needs
• Check-in with guests seated at tables
• Proactively check on guests in the dining room to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized dining room and restrooms
• Clear tables, wipe surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas regularly
• Provide second-mile service by going above and beyond to enhance guest experience
• Assist with condiments, beverage refills, and any special guest requests
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
