Licensed Massage Therapist

Overview
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Massage Therapists to join our team that serves local Veterans. Newly certified therapists are encouraged to apply. Each massage referral is 12 massages generally completed in 90 days. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role requires expertise in anatomy, physiology, and pain management, as well as the ability to assess and address individual patient needs effectively. Therapists will work in their own space, schedule their own appointments and can reside in Butte, Deer Lodge, Anaconda, Dillon or Helena. Duties

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote relaxation.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and any relevant medical terminology and submit in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing any concerns or questions.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong background in pain management techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for assessing patient conditions accurately.
• A valid massage therapy license or certification and liability insurance is mandatory.
