Responsibilities

• Establishing daily, weekly and monthly sales goals, prioritizing and organizing work and utilizing your time effectively.
• Building customer relationships for life and providing insight in order to assist them in selecting a vehicle.
• Customer follow-up to ensure and generate referral business.
• Bring a positive attitude with you every day and strive to be great.
• Efficiently closing sales to attain optimal gross profit.

Qualifications

• No prior Automotive industry experience is required
• Great attitude with a high-energy personality
• Quick on your feet
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional and well-groomed personal appearance
