Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food industry setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques, including knife skills and food preparation methods.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
• Experience as a dietary aide or in a dietary department is a plus.
