Overview

We're looking for a knowledgeable and hands-on
Epicor Kinetic Business Analyst
to support ERP operations, optimize business processes, and help drive system improvements within a manufacturing environment. This remote role combines day-to-day Epicor support with business analysis and cross-functional collaboration to enhance system performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for
  Epicor Kinetic
  , acting as a key point of contact for ERP-related needs
• Analyze and improve business processes through configuration, reporting, and system enhancements
• Manage workflows, user roles, security settings, and business logic within Epicor Kinetic
• Translate business requirements into ERP solutions by partnering with end users and technical teams
• Assist with ERP upgrades, documentation, and end-user training initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with
  Epicor Kinetic (Epicor 10+)
  in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of ERP functionality across modules such as Order Entry, Purchasing, Inventory, and Finance
• Proficient in SQL, SSRS, and Crystal Reports
• Background in business analysis or ERP system administration within manufacturing or distribution
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment
• Familiarity with ITSM tools or ITIL methodology is a plus
