Scottsdale Skin and Head Spa is a luxury wellness studio specializing in holistic scalp care, skin health, and deeply restorative experiences. Our space is calm, intentional, and rooted in connection — where both clients and team members feel supported, grounded, and inspired.

We're currently seeking licensed Cosmetologists and Estheticians to join our growing team as Part-Time Head Spa Technicians.

About the Role:

As a Head Spa Technician, you'll provide elevated scalp and relaxation treatments designed to support nervous system regulation, scalp health, and overall well-being. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role ideal for professionals who love wellness, connection, and creating meaningful client experiences.

You'll work in a peaceful, spa-forward environment where quality, presence, and intention come first.

Responsibilities:

• Perform luxury head spa treatments following our curated protocols
• Create a calming, welcoming experience for every guest
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
• Support the flow of daily appointments and guest transitions
• Communicate with the front desk team to ensure seamless service
• Uphold spa standards, professionalism, and brand values

What We're Looking For:

• Active Arizona Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• A calm, warm, and reliable presence
• Passion for wellness, self-care, and holistic beauty
• Strong attention to detail and client comfort
• Ability to follow protocols while offering intuitive care
• Nights & weekend availability preferred
• Previous spa or wellness experience is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person
