Kitchen Leader-Lead Line Cook

Well-established, high-volume restaurant in Miami's area is looking for a strong, hands on Kitchen Leader to help take our kitchen to the next level.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, works the line, keeps the kitchen organized, and supports the team during service.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience working on a busy kitchen line
• Natural leadership skills (calm, respectful, firm)
• Strong organization & cleanliness standards
• Ability to manage prep, execution, and service flow
• Team-oriented mindset and pride in quality food
• Reliable, responsible, and consistent

Responsibilities:

• Lead the line during service (hands-on role)
• Maintain organization, prep lists, and cleanliness
• Support and guide kitchen staff
• Help control food quality, portions, and waste
• Be a positive example for the team
