Job Title: Contracts Analyst
Job Description
Global Medical Device Company is hiring for a temp Contracts Analyst on a 6-month project (potential to extend further). Specifically supporting the Commercial Operations team which is responsible for all of North America (U.S. and Canada). Handling revenue agreements, physician contracts, etc.
The role requires you to enjoy making sense of complex and disparate contracts, be operationally savvy, and have a passion for finding elegant and efficient solutions to contract management issues. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced growing organization and work with sales leadership teams to identify reporting that aids successful operational execution of Sales & Commercial Operations priorities while ensuring contract data integrity in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Analysis, Dashboards, Reporting, Data Entry using Excel.
- Self-direct and prioritize incoming requests for contracting and quoting support.
- Conduct analyses and provide reports as required from Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
- Monitor, maintain and update accounts and contract hierarchies, ensuring accounts are aligned accurately to the appropriate structure.
- Create, monitor, support, and manage new accounts including contract lifecycle management, quoting, operations reports, and dashboards in Excel and Salesforce.
- Develop standardized tools, methodologies, and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Manage data in Salesforce and other databases to ensure integrity.
- Commerical Operations Strategic Support
- Lead and support key commercial operations initiatives related to system structure and data flow and process improvements.
- Partner with different department stakeholders to build and streamline contract management processes.
- Engage in frequent interaction with sales, finance, national accounts, legal and commercial operations teams to assist with questions, process improvements, and complex sales flows.
- Support contract management including expiration monitoring, contract and amendment review, and input to Salesforce.
- Support quoting process including expiration, ensuring quote forms and templates are current and tracking quote expiration and win/loss.
- Ensure all contracts and relevant information are entered into appropriate databases.
- Contribute to various day-to-day activities and manage projects within the commercial operations and other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or 5+ years of direct work experience in Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Prior experience supporting life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech industries (required)
- Familiar with Revenue Agreements and/or Physician Contracts
- Experience with international contracting is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables)
- Experience in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program.
- Experience in Salesforce preferred.
- Strong background in a multi-discipline environment with high flexibility.
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Proacive in communication.
Work Environment
The position is fully remote, with the exception of one week of onsite training in January or February 2026 in Santa Clara, CA.

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Clara, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $38.00/hr.
