Dental Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the administrative tasks of a busy endodontist office. This role requires a blend of clerical skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency in dental software systems.

Duties

• Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone systems and in-person, providing accurate information regarding services.
• Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.

Qualifications

• Bingual (English and Spanish) is a PLUS
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
