Skid Steer Operator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Skid Steer Operator to join our landscape and maintenance team. This role involves operating skid steer and salter to ensure safe and efficient snow removal. Prior experience needed. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic environment, contributing to the safety and aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.

Duties

• Operate skid steer to perform snow removal
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure operational safety
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards
• Ensure properties are clean, safe, and visually appealing during winter and summer seasons

Experience

• Prior experience operating plow trucks or similar machinery is preferred
• Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and gardening practices is highly desirable
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools is beneficial
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed

This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic who takes pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes year-round. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
