Duties:
- Assist the Regional Property Manager in daily operations of the properties
- Perform data management and input accurate information into the management software and maintain accurate records of tenant information
- Assist with property maintenance requests and coordinate repairs
- Handle tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with property leasing activities, including showing units to prospective tenants and processing applications
- Assist with legal administrative tasks, such as preparing lease agreements and other property-related documents
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for property services
- Support the Property Manager in sales and marketing efforts

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices

Pay: $80, $90,000.00 per year
