As the
Supply Chain Planning & Performance Manager
, you will play a critical role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain within a dynamic food, ingredients, and beverage manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for elevating supply chain performance through advanced analytics, disciplined planning processes, and effective activation of ERP and digital tools. You will lead the enhancement of S&OP/IBP practices and drive the maturity of planning systems to improve visibility, agility, and decision-making across the value chain.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Develop, monitor, and report supply chain performance KPIs, including service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, production adherence, material availability, and logistics cost.
  • Conduct root cause analyses of performance gaps, driving actions to improve supply reliability and customer fulfillment.
  • Partner with Finance to align supply chain performance with P&L and working capital goals.

Planning Excellence & Process Leadership

  • Lead continuous improvement of demand, supply, and inventory planning processes to balance service, cost, and cash objectives.
  • Support rollout and ongoing maturity of S&OP/IBP processes, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, and Procurement.

ERP / APS Product Ownership

  • Serve as ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (APS) product owner for planning functionality.
  • Lead activation, configuration, and optimization of planning modules such as MRP, DRP, Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, and Capacity Planning.
  • Partner with IT, Master Data, and Operations to ensure accurate system data, including BOMs, routings, lead times, lot sizing, and shelf-life constraints.

Digital Tools & Data Visualization

  • Promote adoption of digital analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to visualize performance, enhance forecasting, and enable proactive decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive improved planning efficiency and supply chain outcomes.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management or planning, preferably within food, beverage, or ingredient manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success leading S&OP/IBP processes and improving planning outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central, or similar), including activation/optimization of planning modules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
