Sanitation Supervisor-Overnight

The Sanitation Supervisor-Overnight will be responsible for ensuring effective cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facilities to support food safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on reducing sanitation-related risks, preventing equipment downtime through proper cleaning practices, and leading a team of sanitation technicians. The position works closely with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to support safe and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with all activities outlined in the SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures).
• Actively supervise sanitation staff during daily cleaning of fillet, seasoning, and value-added production areas, as well as grease traps, dry storage areas, and the exterior of the facility.
• Supervise and coordinate weekly deep-cleaning activities for equipment and warehouse storage areas.
• Complete sanitation monitoring and verification documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Schedule, assign, and prioritize sanitation tasks to ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of all cleaning activities.
• Ensure proper use of required PPE by all sanitation staff and provide training on cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Maintain weekly inventories of sanitation chemicals and PPE used in production areas.
• Prepare and stock daily PPE kits for all production teams on both day and night shifts.
