Admissions Lead

As an Admissions Shift Lead, you'll help create a great first impression for every guest. You'll support daily Admissions operations and jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. You'll also help guide and encourage our front-line team so they can deliver warm, memorable service. Qualifications & Experience

• Support daily Admissions operations to ensure a smooth, guest-focused experience.
• Motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional service and unforgettable first impressions.
• Manage queues and guest flow to keep the fun moving safely and efficiently.
• Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards while maintaining a spotless, welcoming environment.
• Jump in where needed — from ticketing to troubleshooting — to keep operations seamless and guests smiling.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and team engagement.
• Perform other duties as needed to help create magical experiences for every visitor.

*Education & Experience: *

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of six months in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or customer service.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Passion for fun, with a talent for creating memorable moments for children and families.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to daily operations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and motivational skills with an outgoing, guest-first attitude.
