Job Description:

The Admissions Representative at Bryant & Stratton College is the perfect role for those looking to get into a rewarding career, who are looking for an opportunity to work in a great environment for a College with over 160 years' experience supporting the success of our students and associates. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of performance who is looking for opportunity to make a difference. The Admissions Rep is responsible for contacting and connecting with prospective students who have indicated interest and providing an outstanding experience that leads to the enrollment. Being a leader amongst peers will influence success of the team and provide opportunity to pursue career growth at the College, or within the industry.

  1. Attains individual and campus enrollment objectives/goals.
  2. Establishes relationships and maintains contact with prospective students by ensuring that they are engaged in outreach efforts.
  3. Generates and leads formal referral activity from both internal and external sources. · Leverage's relationship management ability to attain individual enrollment goals with prospective students that have expressed interest in prior semesters.
  4. Coordinates with Director of Admissions and Admissions Office Manager/Coordinator to capture, record and input Admissions and marketing data in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Adheres to and ensures compliance with company policy and procedures as well as state and federal regulations.
  6. Utilizes Customer Relationship Management program (CRM) to consistently and effectively manage all admissions activity reflected by data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Actively participates in Onboarding, training and development efforts that lead to enhanced ability to provide an excellent experience for our students and support individual career growth. 8. Assists in supporting Admissions and campus functions such as orientation, career fairs, open houses, scholarship events, referral events, etc.

Education:

Associate degree required. Bachelor's degree a plus.

Experience:

 2+ years' experience and demonstrated success in customers service, call center, sales, admissions, etc. is a plus

 Experience in working in a goal-centric environment

 Strong Desire and experience working in a fun team environment

Salary:

$45,500

This position is eligible for overtime.
