As a Associate, you'll be the friendly face customers meet in-store — helping them explore new products, answering questions, and connecting them with solutions that make their lives easier.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome shoppers and get to know what they're looking for.
• Share your product knowledge and help them discover new home improvement products and services.
• Generate leads for our client's sales team (no cold calling — just great conversations).
• Stay up to date on the latest products and trends.
• Work together with your team to hit goals and keep the energy high

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, positive, and people-loving attitude.
• Great communication and listening skills.
• Full-time availability for an in-person, retail-based role.
• Self-motivated and ready to work both independently and with a team.
• Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus — but not required We'll train you.
