The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage new leads
through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calls, networking, etc.)
Pitch our video services
to businesses, startups, creatives, agencies, and organizations
Follow up on warm leads
from our website, referrals, or campaigns
Book meetings
, respond to inquiries, and keep communication professional and strategic
Close deals
and hand off to our production team for execution
Track activity and manage leads
in HubSpot
Who you are
A motivated self-starter who
lives for the chase
and thrives in a commission-only structure
Comfortable
selling creative services
(bonus if you've sold video, design, or marketing before)
Strong communicator, both written and verbal
You understand
what makes a great promo video, brand story, or content campaign
Organized and follow up like a pro
You're not afraid to be the first one to say hello
Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal oriented
