Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
• Handle budgeting responsibilities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock effectively to meet operational needs.
• Utilize POS systems for accurate transaction processing and reporting.
• Conduct employee orientation sessions to integrate new hires into the company culture.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Address any team or operational issues promptly to maintain productivity.

Experience

• Proven experience in team management or as an assistant manager in a relevant field.
• Strong skills in recruiting, training development, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication within diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire others towards common goals.
