We're redefining the shave ice experience by elevating a familiar commodity into a premium, chef-driven, and culturally resonant product—akin to the third-wave movements in coffee and ice cream.

What You'll Do
The Content Strategist / Media Producer plays a central role in shaping the SinIceStir narrative and bringing our brand to life across digital channels. You'll transform culinary innovation and brand storytelling into compelling, high-impact content that drives awareness and cultural relevance.
1. Content Strategy & Execution
- Manage a Dual Brand Narrative: Balance SinIceStir's premium quality with our playful, carefree voice to communicate what makes the brand truly special.
- Drive Phased Campaigns: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including pre-launch content, launch-day activations, and post-launch momentum.
- Lead Product Storytelling: Produce visual and written content that conveys the inspiration, origin, and culinary intent behind our inventive flavor profiles.
- Create Cult-Building Excitement: Lead the strategy and execution of monthly "Flavor Drop Campaigns," treating each menu release like a cultural event to generate urgency and repeat visits.
- Engage Target Audiences: Tailor messaging and creative direction to speak effectively to our core customer segments.
2. Visual Media Production
- Produce Platform-Ready Assets: Capture and edit high-quality photography and videography that highlight the "visual wow" and chef-driven aesthetic of our creations.
- Manage Social Platforms: Oversee content scheduling, community engagement, and performance across Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Encourage User-Generated Content: Develop creative strategies—such as contests, prompts, and experiential moments—to drive UGC and organic brand reach.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate blends technical production skill with the hospitality-driven mindset essential to a third-wave culinary brand.
- Relevant Experience: Strong background in marketing, digital content creation, or social media—ideally within food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Professionalism & Dependability: High integrity, reliability, and consistent follow-through.
- Communication Mastery: Ability to craft a nuanced brand voice and communicate effectively with a broad audience.
- Creative & Technical Acumen: Proven skill in photography, videography, and digital editing for social platforms.
- Adaptability: Comfort working a dynamic, flexible schedule based on production needs.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work closely with the culinary team and cross-functional partners to capture product innovation and support broader brand initiatives.
