Position Type:

  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • Open Availability, Monday through Saturday

Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years old,
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have reliable transportation, including a current driver's license.
  • Available to work any time, including evenings and Saturdays (time off can be requested for special events)
  • ServSafe certified or willing to become certified
  • Possess an attention to detail that is above average

Responsibilities

  • Takes care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Team Members brought to the attention of the Manager
  • Inputs data daily into the P/L system
  • Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels for the evening shift
  • Delegate, communicate, and hold others accountable
  • Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  • Conducts one-on-one meetings with Team Members to invest in, develop, and grow the leadership team
  • Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
  • Responsible for inventory and facilities management
  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Participates in scheduled meetings with the Senior Leadership team, making adjustments and suggestions to stay ahead of the growing business
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment failure and power outage
  • Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures
