Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old,
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have reliable transportation, including a current driver's license.
- Available to work any time, including evenings and Saturdays (time off can be requested for special events)
- ServSafe certified or willing to become certified
- Possess an attention to detail that is above average
- Inspire/motivate those you lead to do their best work consistently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
- Takes care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Team Members brought to the attention of the Manager
- Inputs data daily into the P/L system
- Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels for the evening shift
- Delegate, communicate, and hold others accountable
- Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
- Conducts one-on-one meetings with Team Members to invest in, develop, and grow the leadership team
- Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
- Responsible for inventory and facilities management
- Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Participates in scheduled meetings with the Senior Leadership team, making adjustments and suggestions to stay ahead of the growing business
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment failure and power outage
- Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures
