As a Fulfillment Associate, your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring speed and precision. - Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy and contents before packaging.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and overall warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming inventory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order information accurately.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Interest in logistics and fulfillment operations is a plus.
