Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Track the movement of goods into and out of the warehouse.
- Assist in receiving and put-away processes.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock or overstock situations.
- Ensure proper organization and labeling of all inventory items.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding inventory status.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including safe lifting practices and the use of PPE.
- Generate inventory reports as required by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform basic physical tasks.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, including PPE usage and safe lifting.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
