Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Fort Worth, Texas! This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders to our valued customers. You will work with a variety of products, utilizing scanning technology and following precise instructions to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Operate RF scanners to track inventory and order status.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Follow all company guidelines for lifting and material handling.
- Wear required PPE at all times to ensure personal safety.
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills. Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills. Commitment to following all logistics processes.
