In this essential role, you will be responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving goods to picking, packing, and preparing them for shipment. You will utilize various warehouse equipment and systems, adhering to all safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Verify order details and product information.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment and accuracy.
- Identify and report any damaged products or inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and order fulfillment processes.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
