We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator for our Jacksonville, Florida facility. In this role, you will oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the activities of warehouse staff, managing inventory levels, optimizing space utilization, and implementing operational improvements. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse logistics. You will work closely with management to meet operational goals and maintain high standards of performance. All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided, and adherence to safety protocols is non-negotiable. While management duties are primary, the role may involve occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and requires a strong understanding of warehouse safety best practices, including proper lifting techniques.
