Our bustling warehouse in Sacramento, California, is looking for motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics facility. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. Your physical stamina and attention to detail will be key to your success in this position. You will be expected to perform tasks that involve significant Lifting and sustained physical activity. Safety is paramount in our operations, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise on warehouse shelves and in designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and palletizing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly following safety guidelines and using PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
