This role is at the heart of our operations, responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will play a key part in our logistics and supply chain success by maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. - Accurately pick items from warehouse locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack products carefully and securely for safe transit.
- Verify order details against picked items to ensure accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with receiving and put-away tasks when required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and PPE usage.
- Meet or exceed productivity goals in a timely manner.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus. Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Must be reliable and punctual. Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards.
