We have an immediate opening for a diligent Warehouse Worker in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. We are seeking individuals who are physically capable, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. Safety is paramount in our operations, and all employees are expected to strictly follow all safety guidelines and utilize the required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with merchandise.
- Pick items for customer orders accurately.
- Pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Perform Lifting of boxes and items up to 50 pounds.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual labor and frequent Lifting.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and supply chain concepts is beneficial.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety awareness.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
