We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This position is crucial to the smooth functioning of our logistics network. You will be expected to work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy and safety. The ideal candidate is physically fit, able to handle repetitive tasks, and possesses a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Logistics principles.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
