Our Las Vegas, Nevada operations center is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to enhance our warehouse team. This role is crucial for the efficient movement and storage of goods within our facility, directly supporting our extensive logistics operations. You will operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory, and assist in order picking and staging. The ideal candidate is a certified and experienced forklift operator with a deep understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures. Prior experience in a fast-paced logistics environment is essential. You will collaborate with warehouse supervisors and associates to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Maintaining a safe work environment is our top priority, and adherence to all Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE, is expected. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform moderate Lifting, and the capacity to work in a dynamic setting. - Safely operate various types of forklifts to move materials.
- Load and unload trailers, containers, and other transport vehicles.
- Transport goods to and from storage areas and production lines.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear all designated PPE while operating machinery and handling materials.
Valid forklift certification is mandatory. Minimum of 1-2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or logistics setting. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and standing. Thorough knowledge of warehouse Safety practices and the critical importance of PPE. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic. This role is central to our logistics operations, requiring a dedicated focus on Safety and productivity.
