Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage our operations in Boston, Massachusetts. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our facility. You will coordinate the activities of the warehouse team, manage inventory levels, and optimize storage and distribution processes. A deep understanding of logistics principles and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Safety are essential. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a team. Responsibilities include implementing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with Safety regulations, and managing incoming and outgoing shipments. This position requires the ability to handle moderate Lifting and oversee material handling operations. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
  • Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
  • Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products.
  • Implement and enforce Safety policies and procedures, ensuring all staff use PPE.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers and transportation providers.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records and prepare reports.
  • Train new warehouse staff on operational procedures and Safety protocols.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 40 lbs, as needed.
  • Experience with warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
