Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and document incoming inventory.
- Safely store materials and products in designated warehouse locations.
- Efficiently pick customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with care.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed, following all safety protocols and training.
- Utilize appropriate PPE at all times, especially when handling specific materials or operating machinery.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain best practices.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
