Great Kids Therapy is a collaborative, family-centered pediatric therapy clinic where connection truly matters- between therapists, kids, and families. Our team works in a shared office space that encourages collaboration, real-time problem-solving, and strong support.
We’re proud of our fully equipped sensory gym and clinic-based model (no travel required). Therapy at Great Kids Therapy is play-based and sensory-focused, built around each child’s interests and strengths. When kids love what they’re doing, progress follows, and we get to see it every day.

*About the Role*
We are seeking a Temporary Pediatric Occupational Therapist to cover a 3-month maternity leave beginning mid-March. This role is a great fit whether you’re newer to pediatric therapy and looking for strong team support, or an experienced OT who enjoys stepping into an established caseload in a collaborative setting.
There may be an opportunity to continue with Great Kids Therapy at the end of the leave period in either a full-time or part-time capacity, depending on clinic needs and mutual fit.

*What You’ll Do*
· Provide pediatric occupational therapy using a play-based, sensory-focused approach
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized goals
· Build positive relationships with kids and families
· Complete documentation in accordance with clinic standards
· Contribute to a supportive, fun, team-oriented clinic culture
· AI Driven EMR Platform to get you back to doing what you love (seeing kiddos succeed)

*Qualifications*
· Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
· Active Occupational Therapy License (preferred)
· New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
· Ability to work in person in Fargo, ND

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38.02 - $45.78 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
