*Position Summary*
We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically exceptional Physical Therapist who thrives in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate values teamwork, embraces continuous learning, and is committed to delivering elite-level care.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments
* Utilize WebPT for documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and communication with healthcare providers
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (PTs, PTAs, physicians, and other providers) to develop and implement integrated care plans
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
* Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and program development
* Utilize outcome measures to track patient progress and optimize treatment strategies
* Mentor and support colleagues when appropriate
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
*Qualifications*
*Required:*
* Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
* Active state physical therapy license
*Preferred:*
* Advanced training or specialization in orthopedics, sports, manual therapy, neurology, vestibular, or dry needling
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Team-oriented mindset and commitment to ethical practice

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
