What will you be doing? You will be supporting the IT team in maintaining and improving business and dealer-related applications, ensuring smooth operations and effective incident resolution. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience in ITIL processes, development of their business analyst skills, and understanding of how IT supports a dynamic commercial environment.
Other responsibilities include: Being responsible for tracking and triaging incoming incidents on business and dealer-related applications, as well as being the first point of contact for those with software and hardware issues. You will support the liaison between technical and business teams, gathering requirements in line with business needs. Additionally, participation in daily stand-up meetings with development teams to prioritise and progress incident resolution is a key part of the role. It will be your responsibility to create and maintain process documentation, troubleshooting guidelines and user instructions for internal circulation.
Basic understanding of IT systems and applications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment including with senior management
Eagerness to learn and to adapt to new technologies

A Business or IT related degree

What do we offer? This is an 18–24-month Fixed Term Contract. Throughout your time with us, you will build key skills and a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate that you meet the key competencies to progress your career with us. At the end of the training programme, depending upon your performance and the availability of suitable vacancies, you may be offered a permanent role.
