Role: IT Hardware Tech Support Engineer – Windows/Mac Location: London IT Support Engineer (ISM Technician ) to provide support (L1/L2) for hardware inventory, software (Windows, MAC OS) support and support tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be proficient with Windows operating systems, and have a keen ability to troubleshoot and configure hardware. The ideal candidate has L1/L2 IT Hardware tech support experience, outstanding customer service skills, and is able to adapt to a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include managing hardware requests, supporting events, and maintaining compliance with policies Extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting issues across Apple Macintosh platforms, Microsoft Windows, managing inventory, and preparing reports. Troubleshoot and resolve driver and hardware issues Support end-users in a fast-paced, agile setting Collaborate on hardware-related projects and onboarding in a dynamic environment If this role sounds like you, we invite you to apply.
