  • Maintain accurate records by documenting and closing ITPs immediately after activity completion, and coordinate with the Document Control team for timely uploads.
  • Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for any work or material that fails to meet project requirements, and work with relevant teams to propose corrective actions and close NCRs within stipulated timelines.
  • Schedule inspections and testing of construction materials with accredited third-party testing agencies.
  • Verify that all materials delivered to the site meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Attend site-specific meetings to provide updates and address quality-related concerns.
  • Share feedback, alerts, and best practices internally and externally to foster a strong quality culture throughout the project.
  • Track actual work progress against the schedule and report any delays to the Construction Quality Control Manager for timely resolution.
  • Assist in preparing internal, JV partner, and client reports on quality aspects of the project.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce clear, detailed reports as required.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless coordination and project success.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Quality Inspector on transit infrastructure projects; experience in Ontario is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or Certified Engineering Technologist designation.
