*Seeking a committed speech language pathologist with private practice experience.*
*Are you a speech language pathologist who believes in making a meaningful difference but feels limited by traditional clinical roles?* Tavia Health is bringing on independent speech language pathology practices in Virginia who want more autonomy and flexibility in how they deliver care. We enable therapists to work independently without the typical administrative hurdles. Whether you're new to practice ownership or already have an established practice, we're excited to support you in reaching your goals!
SLPs who work with Tavia Health are credentialed and contracted through our group, allowing them to accept insurance without directly managing billing, compliance, or payer relations. You choose your schedule, patient population, and caseload size—whether that’s a few clients a week or a full-time private practice.
Tavia Health recognizes that PTs, OTs, and SLPs perform some of healthcare’s most transformative work. When you can focus on delivering care, everyone wins—you get to practice the way you’ve always wanted, and patients get the attention they deserve.
*Why Join Tavia Health as an Independent SLP?*
* *Practice independently without the admin burden:* Focus on clinical care while our team handles credentialing, insurance billing, and compliance tasks.
* *Zero upfront costs* - No fees to get started, no hidden charges
* *We handle all insurance credentialing and billing* - Focus entirely on patient care while we manage payer relationships, claims, and reimbursement
* *Stay compliant with ease:* Our tools and processes ensure you stay on top of payer requirements, documentation, and licensure standards.
* *Flexible scheduling and caseloads:* See clients in your community, via telehealth, or both. Work part-time, as a side gig, or full-time—it’s your choice.
* *Centralized dashboard:* Easily manage scheduling, notes, and payments. No need for multiple platforms.
* *Specialize your way:* Serve the populations you’re most passionate about
