We are looking for a Software Architect with strong problem-solving skills and deep experience designing and building complex systems. This role will focus on software architecture from both a systems and cloud perspective, with significant responsibility for shaping how we design, build, and scale cloud-based solutions. Strong, hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms is required. This position will play a key role in the continued development of Sourcetoad’s products, which have real-world impact on tens of thousands of people each year.

*Requirements*
* Excellent communication skills
* A deep understanding of AWS and/or other Cloud Services
* Deep experience with containerization
* Experience designing complex software systems
* Experience with IaaC such as Cloudformation or Terraform
* Hands on experience building software systems
* Constantly strive to expand knowledge and stay current with new engineering tools
*Nice to Have/Want to Learn*
* Experience working with teams building projects from the ground up
* CI/CD Experience
* Experience with AWS Elastic Container Service
* Experience with AWS Lambda
* Automated testing experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
