Self-Realization Fellowship, the non-profit Yoga organization founded by Paramahansa Yogananda (_Autobiography of a Yogi_), is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sr. Software Engineer, to help support and expand our mission and growth. This is a full-time, salaried-exempt position; Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST. You must be able to work a flexible schedule based on workload and deadlines.
*Job Responsibilities:*
· Provide technical leadership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) DevOps activities.
· Report to the DevOps leader and interface with several key stakeholders in the organization.
· Lead developers working from different time zones.
· Apply technical proficiency across the full project lifecycle - from requirements to support.
· Develop and own the architecture and design of Dynamics CRM, a member facing portal, and CRM’s many interfaces as well as integrations.
· Ensure high quality project deliverables and lead the validation for all testing, and support activities.
· Be part of a compassionate culture, where teamwork and collaboration are core values.
· Other position-related tasks, as assigned.
*Job Requirements:*
* 8+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM with hands-on configuring and customizing skills, and using Power Apps. Certification preferred.
* 10+ years of experience with Microsoft stack: Azure, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or related fields preferred
* Python expertise desired.
* SDLC/Scrum/agile methodologies.
* ITSM / ITIL knowledge.
* ADO, Jira, Microsoft Office, Confluence.
* Experience with integration of web applications and CRM with ERPs, experience with web services/microservices preferred. Experience with NetSuite ERP will be ideal.

Pay range: $84,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on skills, experience and education.
