Salary: GBP 35,000 : GBP 50,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)

My client work within engineering and they are looking to take on a hands on Electrical Design Engineer to develop as part of their team. The Electrical Design Engineer role will ideally have the following attributes:
Qualifications
Apprenticeship / HNC/ HND / BTEC / City and Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical Engineering
Have previous experience carrying out electrical design
Have experience working with control panels
Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, EPlan or SolidWorks Electrical
Have a basic understanding of PLC and SCADA software ideally
Any network knowledge would also be ideal : Profinet, Profibus etc.
Excellent problem solving capabilities
Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Full Driving Licence
Responsibilities
The Electrical Design Engineer Role Will Involve
Working within the existing engineering team
Producing detailed concept designs
Electrical schematics CAD design work and PLC wiring diagrams
Producing panel layouts
Be able to work with technical documentation
Be confident creating parts lists and BOM's
Contributing to a range of products
