Software Quality Assurance Analysts

Job Summary:

The company is seeking multiple Software Quality Assurance Analysts to support testing activities within an agile development environment. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of advisory-related applications through structured testing practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with agile teams to validate application changes and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in application testing activities including test script development, execution, and end-to-end testing

• Document test results, defects, and outcomes with a high level of accuracy and detail

• Collaborate with agile development teams to understand application changes and required testing scope

• Track and report the success or failure of test scripts throughout the testing lifecycle

• Communicate identified defects clearly and support defect retesting and validation efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with application testing in an agile development environment

• Hands-on experience using testing and defect tracking tools such as Jira

• Proficiency in Excel for test tracking and documentation

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality

• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of financial services or brokerage industry environments

• Familiarity with advisory products and investment-related platforms

• Experience using testing tools such as Octane and Playwright

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Pay Range: $40/hr to $45/hr
