Outpatient Therapist

Job Description

Emotional Compass is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team on a contract basis. This is a U.S 1099 contractor role (no benefits). This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide quality care to clients in-office and/or via telehealth. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and possesses an active CAQH profile, NPI, and valid licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-office or virtual therapy sessions with clients

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

• Customize treatment plans and service delivery for our clients based on necessity

-48 hours turnaround time for notes

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

• Implement research-supported interventions customized to meet individual client needs

• Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory standards

• Provide culturally responsive and culturally competent care.

• Monthly Support Sessions

Requirements:

• Active CAQH profile

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)

• Valid and active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum of 10-15 hours per week availability

• Strong documentation and time management skills

-Bilingual in Spanish (optional)

-Active liability insurance
