Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Whether taking orders, mixing drinks, or managing the flow of service, you will play a vital role in maintaining our lively atmosphere and high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards
• Ensure proper food handling, food safety practices, and cleanliness in all service areas
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, including bar area, dining space, and service stations
• Assist with banquet, catering, or nightclub events as needed to support team efforts and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws is preferred

Pay: From $6.00 per hour
