Civil Litigation Paralegal

Our law firm client is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of civil litigation experience to support their growing practice. While the firm's primary practice area is employment law, they are looking for a paralegal with strong general litigation skills who can manage cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation files throughout all phases of the case
• Assist with discovery, document review, and production
• Draft pleadings, subpoenas, correspondence, and case summaries
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and deadlines
• Conduct legal research and organize case materials
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Support attorneys with trial preparation and daily litigation tasks

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience (employment law experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules
• Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with e-filing and case management systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between
$90,000 – $130,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
