This job posting is for our second shift (2:45pm - 12:45am, Monday through Thursday).

Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, programs, and work orders
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform machining operations
- Perform occasional light assembly as required
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, FARO arms, and other measuring equipment
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to speeds, feeds, and offsets as necessary
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, specifically with Fanuc controls
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and programs
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate measurements using various gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Forklift certification is a plus

This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating CNC machines with Fanuc or Hurco controls. Additionally, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is desired. The ability to read blueprints, use hand tools and power tools, perform assembly tasks, operate a forklift, and conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments are all essential skills for this role. Pay: $ $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
