We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our reputable real estate team. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various platforms
• Provide expert guidance on real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and contractual obligations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values
• Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and record keeping
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
• Stay informed about property management practices as needed for client support

Experience

• Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not required; relevant administrative experience is also valuable
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Proven marketing expertise to attract clients and promote listings successfully
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly in multiple languages if applicable (bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus)
• Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and ethical standards governing real estate transactions
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously
• Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness in client interactions
